I think we'd be fine if we made that trade. Consider the following

Oakland-Russell
Detroit-Adams
Cleveland-Peterson
Tampa-Johnson
Arizona-Thomas
Redskins-trade pick to Dolphins, Fins select Quinn
Vikings-Anderson, Landry, or Okoye
Falcons-probably Landry if he's not taken

So at 9 we'd still have a shot of Landry or Okoye. And if not there's Jamaal Anderson (who's no slouch imo) plus another day one pick
