His first pass of the year was somewhat fitting, he hits Loyd w/a perfect deep ball but he drops it. That was symbolic of the kind of year it was, but he kept improving despite the team playing without the fire they should've. Loyd I think could be a big part of his progress. If he can be counted on JC can really open it up.

I agree with that as well. I think with ARE, Cooley, Lloyd, and Moss all having the offseason/training camp to build rapport with JC will be extremely beneficial. I think he is the type of QB with whom Lloyd can be effective. JC has the cannon to throw those deep outs and crosses, which are the types of routes that Lloyd found success with in SF.
