For the life of me I don't understand the love affair some people seem to have for that man. It's not like we're talking about Darrell Green here! Is Renaldo Wynn the type of player who NEVER has to account for his contributions?

If his role is so limited, can't we bring in some young, hungry players who are aching to prove themselves for the money Wynn is getting? Wynn couldn't make it on any other roster in the league, yet there is a maniacal faction of fans who never want to see him go.

I'll never understand it.
Not only that, if a player has shown to be solid the entire time he's been here and he BASICALLY takes a pay cut to stay on the team, he'll ALWAYS get my vote of confidence. Sure, he has to account for his contributions, but given his limited playing time, he was nothing but solid.
