The accuracy issues surrounding Quinn are legitmate, and would be there at the NFL level, but when Quinn misses, its always low or in front of a guy. The dangerous places to miss that lead to INTs are high, and/or behind a guy. So while it's a legitimate criticism, it should not have any effect on his value whatsoever. You'd figure he would make up the inconsistencies in his completion percentage from accuracy by making the right read more often than most other QBs.
