We have Taylor under contract through 2010.

After that, he will be 28 years old and on the downside of his career. We'd be smart to let him test the market at that point.

Cooley needs to be locked up now. Use the extra cap space we have and give him a 2 million roster bonus that allows us to skimp on the signing bonus. Cooley has skills that aren't replaceable. TEs with great hands who excel after the catch are very valuable and only come around every few years.
