I don't see how everything should go back to Vinny... if anything we should look at the top of the organization. Everything starts with Snyder and works it's way down. Let's stop with this nonsense of placing all the blame with Vinny anytime something doesn't work out.

Let's keep in mind that Gibbs is the team president and he is the one that could easily make the call of let's drop Vinny and get a GM. Gibbs is the one that is comfortable with this current setup... blaming Vinny for everything is just silly and demonstrates a clear lack of understanding of how the decision making of this front office works and why it is set up the way it is.
