A hangover is basically low blood sugar, dehydration, and vitamin deficiency. You can knock most of them out by slamming down one of those bad boys before you go to bed.

Gatorade = too many carbs for my taste.
Whenever I'm drinking I try to drink just water for the last hour or two of the evening. Then I fill up a huge container of water to keep next to my bed, whenever I wake up I pound as much as I can, and generally by the time I get up I don't feel so bad.
Usually by dinner time is when I need that Red Bull to get me through the rest of the day.
