We had Gus, Westbrook, Connell, and an old Terry Allen, on offense. Those guys were not as talented as this crew, but did perform much better. How many 300 yard games did Ramsey, Brunell, or even JC have? Gus had plenty, especially against the Cards, and didn't have the tools like MB or JC have now at their disposal. Could you imagine what Gus would have done if he had Santana, Cooley, and Randle El? We would have made the playoffs for a few more years under Norv for sure.
