I do not believe in the whole genre thing. The way I look at it, a good song is a good song, and good music is good music. Example; Just because I might support Pink Floyd's early albums doesn't mean I will defend the band for the later stuff that they put out.

In Linkin Parks case. I liked their first two albums, as far as the new one, there are some good songs on it as well. But I dont like them all. But hell there isn't a single group out there that has convinced me with all of their music
