I haven't temped in so long, I'm sure the game has changed some. But here's what I will say, if you can get a face to face with someone, that's always preferable.

The first thing there going to have you do is take a series of tests, so to speak; To guage your clerical, admin, math, english, etc. strengths and weaknesses. Then from there they'll probably "interview" you.

The whole trick to pulling off the interview is telling them that 12th sent ya. Everything will be gravy from there.
