Not fair to teams like Chicago, Green Bay, NE, Buffalo, etc to always have them in domes or warm spots. Just make it a neutral site in Hawaii.

I don't follow. It's not fair to teams like Chicago, Green Bay, etc. to always have the games in warm spots...so they should always play in Hawaii?
