If you read the expanded version of that post, it discusses that players within Redskins park say Cornelius Griffin is looking like his old 2004 self. That would be huge.

Players are also saying that Anthony Montgomery is a physical beast, and that he just needs to committ himself in terms of work ethic, and that he has really stepped up this offseason. They think if he can just put the mental aspects together, he'll go far in the league. That'd be nice.
