If it was TO, you would probably be pissed. She's WORSE than TO, at least TO has a job he's good at. But I guess if you consider partying until you puke or pass out a job, then Paris is pretty good too. She and Lohan should have a "Party Off" and see who emerges victorious!

Lohan is next on my list. What I wouldn't give to see HER spoiled ass locked away.
