Also, that's why he's called "assisstant head coach, defense." It helps protect us if other teams want to poach him as a coordinator. But I doubt the league will be so ready to give him a head coaching job soon. THey're gonna see him as a great coordinator/less than great head coach. It's not like Lewis, who hadn't gotten his shot. And Rhodes wanted out; I figure Williams will be very happy in DC with Gibbs and co. And who doesn't want a SB ring or two?
