He states that he's not using any hard criteria in his evaluation. He is considering 05 and 06 stats, but ultimately he iｓ assigning a rating based on where he thinks the QB will end up in 07 compared to his peers. Again I would point to Cutler who has essentially identical stats as Campbell but is rated in the top 10.

At the end of the day I don't think we needed this chart to determine that Petey boy doesn't think much of the Skins, but I still think it's kind of low considering the weapons that Campbell has and the time he has put in this offseason.
