The Denver Broncos were fined $950,000 and will lose thier 3rd round draft pick

in next years draft for circumventing the salary cap between 1996 and 1998. The violations included agreements between the Broncos and several players to defer salary payments with interest and agreement not to wavie a player before a certain date. Both raised issues with accounting for the salary cap. Along with the team penalties the NFL said an agent for a former player agreed to donate $100,000 to a charity. Neither player or agent was identified.
I was thinking how many other teams could be pushing this line?
