I am up for a new phone upgrade in august. I use verizon and i'll get it at the discount 2 year agreement price.

I have 0 intention to leave verizon for at&t. HEre is an article about what verizon plans to do to compete Verizon Wireless thumbs its nose at the iPhone | Crave : The gadget blog

Doesn't seem like much to me. Nothing here would sway me towards verizon moreso than the iphone had i had my mind set on the iphone. But the 3g network, wireless music downloads, and TV are all things that are pretty damn cool and aren't on the iphone.
