Hey, I got bored today and slapped 24 racks of Baby Back Ribs on the smoker and am gonna slap on about 35 pieces of chicken in a bit too.
I'm hanging out waiting for my 3rd and final pit to be delivered today.
It's beautiful outside today and gonna be sunny in mid 80s.
After I cook these I will use the FoodSaver to seal them up for reheating tomorrow on the 4th of July.
