Healthcare isn't a right but rather a basic service that a government aught to provide to it's citizens. As for your water bill, look at how much it costs you compared to other services you pay for. It's heavily subsidized by your locale. Of course nothing is ever for free, you pay for everything either via your own pocket or through taxes. So that subsidized water bill, you're paying the cost of it via the likes of property tax.
As for hos, I'm with you on that
. I dream of a day where I can say "I want sex right now, holding out on me is a violation of my civil rights."
Also, if something isn't a right can we infer that it's a privilege?
