Two different types of running. A 4.45 is an outstanding 40 time btw. But I ran better @100 meters. Who knows what it would have become in college. If you don't use it you loose it. I joined the Army as a natural sprinter. It took me a year to learn how to run 2 miles at that pace. After that I couldn't sprint as fast anymore. There are different types of speed. Nowadays I cannot do either well anymore. Bad Left knee.
