Looks great, SBF! That grillin' rig is fantastic. I love the way you can lift the rack up and away from the heat as much as you want to. I'm still experimenting with jalepenos and ground beef with pepper jack cheese. Topped it off with some homemade salsa and it wasn't too bad. I need to work on the pepper to beef ratio a little more.
