Davenport was back in 2002 and he did 100 hours (or something like that) of community service. Not sure where you're getting 15 years from?
And why are you basically punishing Bryan Pata for getting shot. It was a jealous girlfriend if I remember correctly. Either way, if you're presuming that he must have been some sort of thug that deserved to get shot I'd advise-strongly advise-you not to.
