I am sure that you would be able to find an used window and steering column in a junk yard. Cleaning the interior and the labor is what is going to really kill your price. Also, re-keying the car shouldn't be too bad, but the wiring could run into problems because if they did hot wire, or whatever, your car there is a chance that they may have ruined other instruments on your dash....
