My buddy, who is a cop here in MD, was telling us about having to use his stun gun on a guy who was all hopped up on PCP. He said that the dude was running full speed when he shot him, which caused him to do a major face plant and then convulse for a minute or so. Basically, the moral was, don't do anything that might cause the cops to stun you.

As for this story though, God damn there are some crazy people in this world.
