I'd have to add Bud Grant to any top-5 coaches list. He went to 4-5 Super Bowls, a dozen or more conference championships, and spent more time in the play-offs than anyone else I can think of - all in an NFL career that lasted less than 20 years!! Then, to show his heart, he came back a few years later to cover for a fired coach.
He was a stud!
