Obviously Jason Campbell will be in the spotlight in Washington. But the glare will be even brighter on defensive coordinator Gregg Williams. Regarded as one of the NFL's best defensive minds, Williams' defense ranked 31st in the NFL last season.

Usually the Skins are holding up the offseason Lombardi right now and all the analysts are touting the Redskins to be the team to beat in the NFC.
I think it's nice to not have so much pre-season hype and tension for J Campbell to perform under. He should be able to relax knowing that not much is expected of him around the league. Anything he does above average is going to be gravy. The Skins always fell on their face when picked to do well during the upcoming season.
Last time we weren't hyped (with all the new additions) going into the regular season we ended up winning five straight and a playoff game.

Well, I can't speak for the DC area, but out in the rest of the world, the Skins haven't gotten any respect or hype since 99. We were predicted to have 4 or 5 wins when we won 10 a couple years ago, we've been down for a while, and they keep kicking. It's about time we stand up and kick back.
