RR! It is time to move on! Diversify your skills! Make yourself more marketable by changing jobs! I say that after 32 years in my organization, the past 19 having specialized, and now 3 years from Retirement! LOL! The upside is no one gets down on me about being a Redskin fan, and there are a number of Skins fans at work, but scarce few cowroid fans. The other good news is that 'roid fans are all in lower paying jobs!
