No way should anyone question whether or not Joe's heart is in it!!! I think he sat back for the last 11 years and saw how awful the Skins were and just couldn't stand it anymore. He wants the Skins back where they were when he was here before, at the top!!!
Riggo is definitely entitled to his opinion (he's just wrong).
I think we have one of the best coaching staffs in the league and all their hearts are on creating a winning Redskin team!!!!!
