The new (new new) time slot rules me out again, as I would be working Sat afternoon - I'll pre-rank though so if it stays as is I won't end up with a bunch of Cowboys. - to be honest keeping at its original time slot would have been best (everyone knew the date and time and if they missed it, it was there own fault).
As a commish of several leagues I find it is better to set up a league with a draft date/time set in stone and inform everyone that that is when it will take place and only join if they can be there or are serious about playing and pre-rank. Trying to change to suit one or two players inevitably end up messing up others.
