This Kendall deal just might work out. The idea of bringing in a 34 yr old guard didn't excite me at first, but the more I listen to this guy, the more I like him. And did any of you see the Jets play the other night; They missed this guy big time.

Anyway, you have to figure we're going after some big time talent in next years draft, and in the long run we saved a lot of money by letting Dockery walk. Perhaps enough to get Cooley and ultimately Sean Taylor signed.

I think we as fans tend to be so short sighted when this player or that player leaves, but the money we potentially freed up by signing a guy like Kendall, who won't be here forever, could have a huge impact on our roster flexibility down the road. He seems
happy to be here too.

In the end, I trust Gibbs and Co., even when it came down to the Marshall release.
