Cheap way: USB Flash Drive. 1, 2 4 GB capacity, depending on your need. Drop onto drive, and download to new PC. I've seen 2 GB drives for 20 bucks.

More expensive way: External HD. They've come down in price, and give you a ton of extra storage space.

Alternative to External HD: Getting an external enclosure and drop the old HD in and connect to new PC via USB. It's relatively easy to do, and still gives you another extra storage space solution. Advantage to this is the ability to swap more Internal HDs in and out.
