That sucks...I'd rather just drop it then get that close.

Back in college, we ran a reverse, and when I (the qb) handed the ball off to the RB, I took off running down the left side. No one covered me...and I mean WIDE OPEN. The WR threw a perfect pass to me, and I caught it, but when I went to tuck it, I missed my arm...in other words, the point of the ball went to the outside of my arm and I dropped it...the ref called it incomplete. It was something that to this day I remember and get made fun of for.

That was in one of my best games. I threw for 358 yards and 5 tds.
The next week, I literally threw for 179 yards and 7 (that's no misprint...that's 7) int's. We lost 72-10 (and the one TD was a run by me). By the end of the game, I was so pissed, I asked the defense which player I had not thrown and INT to...oddly enough two raised their hands.
