Anyone trying to help an idiot out?

So my computer has been running slow lately, and I decided it was time to wipe the ole chap out. I bought an external hard drive and got everything I needed and then clean wiped the thing and re-installed windows xp.

Problem is, now that I just wiped out the computer, my wireless card isn't recognized.

I went to the linksys website, downloaded the latest driver, installed it, but still nothing. The card doesn't even light up or get recognized as plug and play. I'm stumped... and I don't know what to do. Anyone have any clues as to what I should do? Thanks!!!!!!
