I agree with you. Campbell has shown no problem beating the blitz so far. He's actually gotten outstanding protection since he became the QB, and his decision making is generally outstanding for his age and experience.
He's just got to complete more passes, stop forcing the ball into bad matchups, and do the above especially well on third down.
All that said, Yoder should play on nearly every passing down to help in protection and be a safety valve. Cooley needs to be out in the pattern, and 5 guys running routes with only 5 guys blocking is usually a recipe for disaster. 4 guys in the pattern with 6 guys blocking tends to yield more success.
