its has alot to do with when you leave. I lived in warrenton and commuted to leesburg and it only took about 45 mins, but I didn't have to leave the house until 8am. if you leave earlier, it can get hectic, but they've done some things to make it more bearable in the gainesville area...

Personally the community trade-off is worth it, though...
