overall I agree, he is still learning the pace of his reads & holds on a little too long. However, a good qb will learn when to wait & when not to.
On that 4th & 2 if he'd gone to his 2nd option (presuming it was) - McCardell, he was open for the first.
These are the finer points though, can't criticize him too much at this point cause he's making great progress & you have to feel good about his future w/the team.
Seems this o line is more adept at pass blocking than run blocking. We're going to have to continue to set up the run w/the pass rather than the usual run - pass.
