On one more off topic (is the open country really off topic in a Nascar thread?  ) idea... I recently drove 5 hours deep into Fayetville, WV to the New River Gorge. It's nothing but rolling hills everywhere. It just seems like endless country as far as you can see... and really puts into perspective how much open country still exists, which I didn't realize living in such an urban area. |
Yeah, and I remember you could drive north on Georgia Ave. as far as you could and still see some beautiful scenery. Oh well, just like here in Atlanta, not much "countryside" left. Hopefully your drive into WV didn't leed to you to a "Mountain Mama!" You can thank John Denver for that visual!!
