WEll I apologize for cluttering the site w/a "retarded" thread, however it evoked some responses that I think we worth reading & thinking about re: cleats, game ball & field turf.
If you noticed the last sentence of the post, I mentioned that there is always talk about how weather affects a game. Part of the reason for the thread was to discuss how it would impact the game, e.g. advantage to running, passing? IF the field is wet.
If "we know how to run in the rain" did Moss' slip & fumble have nothing to do w/the rain? sounds like you think so, I just disagree.
