A little weird and obnoxious maybe, but he is not dumb. He just lacks what we like to call the social skills.
I would have to agree that a dumb person is one that has not learned from their mistakes. Ricky Williams is in the top of my list regardless of a persons percecption of whether or not pot is an addiction. He could have stayed clean until he retired again, and then smoked all of the stuff he wanted to. To retire and get suspended twice for the same mistake is just stupid.
