Just simply put Gibbs and the boys back in the 80's and early 90's exemplified class and dignity (and still do), and that is why he's so revered in so many circles from football to racing today. On the other hand you have Mr. Belichick who's the complete opposite and there will always be suspicion about how he won those three Super Bowls and the likely fourth one come February.
