Nope. We can't stop complaining, and we shouldn't.

IMO, there is ABSOLUTELY no excuse for the headsets to stop working. It's a simple thing, and it should NEVER happen. In fact, it seems more likely that the cause of them malfunctioning is due to sabotage, and not technical issues.

Does the cordless phone in your house stop working 10% of the time you use it? Does a pacemaker or respirator malfunction sometimes? No, they don't. If they did people wouldn't use them, so the manufacturers make certain they always work. It should be the same way here. This is the NFL after all -- a multi-billion dollar industry.

So, I totally think this topic is worthy of complaints. I would complain until they fixed it.
