Without that quick start this game wouldn't have been close. The Line started to get a push and Portis looked like himself again. The pass plays could use some work and we are a bit predictable, but we made BIG plays when we had to.

By the end of the game they could not stop our running at all. We broke them down physically and their receivers were getting scared. They dropped easy passes because they were looking over thier shoulder. While the final score is not what we hoped we are still 5-3.

I just want everyone to remember that and to be happy we found our identity again. Even if we had to spot them a lead.

Don't be negative don't listen to Doc Walker. I like him but he is way off base this week, based on what I heard after the game.

Bring on the Eagles, another must win. Be positive and you'll have a much better week.
I totally agree with that! The TD on the opening kickoff was a big momentum for the jets and then they played well, it was not easy to come back as we did. One more thing, we scored on almost every drive in the first half wich was a good point, except that we weren't able to go into the end zone when we really needed to. Why?? mostly because Campbell was constently under pressure and forced to go out of his pocket too many times. I still think we failed too many times short of the end zone and put 3 points when it could be 7. If we are able to work on this efficiency in the redzone, we'll be a better team.
