My only issue with blowing up the coaching staff is that it will only increase Campbell's learning curve if he's forced to learn a new system after next season. If that happens, I hope that we have the forsight to bring in an O-coordinator from the Coryell/Gibbs/Turner coaching tree to run the offense, since the terminology and concepts will be much the same.
