Got it. In your world, history has no bearing on the present. I said it was a stretch. I am merely looking outside the obvious for something to give me hope. Sorry for bringing it up, but isn't it the experts that say the teams with the best chance are the ones who play well in December?
You are correct, those teams are not the same as the ones on the field right now. Alot has changed and they are the two best teams in the NFC. We shouldn't even finish the season or take the field agaist those guys because they have already won the division and made the playoffs.
No reason to be optimistic about anything right now, because it is too much of a stretch.
Come on, I am making a prediction, a very bold prediction based on previous observations. That is all.
Seriously though, conventional wisdom says that -right now NY and Dallas are very solid football teams, and their previous records mean nothing. I understand, but I however, am not conventional.
