I'm one of the "clock ticking" votes. After Cleveland, my expectations came crashing down to earth. JG will make a difference, either this year or next. I am, however, of the mind that we should not EXPECT to be in the play-offs. Rather, I HOPE that we make it.

For the long run, patience. As Matty said elsewhere, Gibbs is too smart and too determined to win for him to fail in the long term.
