On exteremskins, someone started a thread saying Peter King on Sirius radio that "the 'Skins are the only team over the cap next year - and we are over by 19.5M?"

Is this just so-much BS, as I think? Since I rely on you for all my cap knowledge, I ask you--what does our cap look like for next year, as best you can figure?
