I was driving to work in my beat up 01 Civic, with a headlamp out. Ahead, I see the first run go back, so I slowed down knowing damn well these things travel in packs. Sure enough, the 2nd one jumps out and I smack it with the right front part of the bumper.

I see a theme. Deer hate Hondas. Maybe they're smarter than I'v given them credit for in the past.
