I think the biggest surprise from most people's expectations is that this team is only mediocre. The D cant hold a lead, the O is still struggling, and the coaching staff still cant manage the clock or adjust at halftime. Three years into Gibbs 2.0 I think most expected this stuff to be ironed out and the team would be fine tuning at this point.

Busts: Smoot & LLoyd. Both should never have been brought here.

Great: Fletcher. The guy has been a beast.
