The technology deficit is something that concerned me when I started thinking about it. Hopefully, Gibbs has some computer geeks on his staff that help him sort and process all the statistical information that coaches are using these days. They have a few young guys, Bill Lazor, Kirk Olivadotti and Coy Gibbs, working as assistants, and I would assume they do the bulk of the computer stuff, preparing stats and breakdowns for the coaches. I'm sure the scouting department does a fair portion of that as well. The only question is, does Gibbs put all of that information to good use?
