Maybe if this was the superbowl or a really big playoff game, but it was just a away game vs. our arch rival that we had a decent shot at winning.

I dont think having the most involved player on the team crying in front of everyone else insprisers everyone to play harder. I personally would take offense to it if he were my QB....

Dude get a grip!

I knew it wouldn't take long.

I don't think they meant crying in a wussy, blubbering "waaah I want my mommy" kind of way. The kid was just expressing some pent up emotion and frusteration.

I, for one, am thrilled to see some emotion back in these guys. It's nice to see Portis pissed off, good to see guys like Randel El and Smoot fired up, and a QB who actually gives a damn.

Skills completely aside, Ramsey and Brunell always bugged me cause it seemed like it wasn't a really big deal when they lost. Ramsey I don't think actually HAS facial expressions, and Brunell always had this sort of "aw shucks" shrug to what he had to say.

Time to bring back some passion and fire to this team! Say what you will about football just being a business nowadays, but at its core football is about guys "fighting their guts out," giving their all until the last whistle, showing character, toughness and poise in the face of victory and defeat.
